Lower the left lever until the platform is level with the floor. To the right there is a staff leaning against the bookshelves. Below the Weaponsmith there are three levers and three platforms.
In most cases using a No-CD or Fixed EXE will solve this problem! To open the weapon shop the player must fix the lift to the librarys upper levels.
When this happens use the original EXE to play online, else you could find yourself banned from the game! Or maybe its an RPG with a whole lot of shop simulation You decide.
